1. Introduction

Welcome to WingSync ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the WingSync mobile application and related services ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

WingSync may be used by individuals under the age of 18 with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

WingSync is a personal flight-sharing and tracking tool designed for pilots and their chosen contacts. WingSync is not affiliated with any airline, aviation authority, or employer. The Service is for personal use only, and we do not verify or validate flight data.

4. Airline & Employer Responsibility

If you upload or input flights or other flight information, you are solely responsible for complying with your employment contract, airline policies, and regulatory obligations. You must ensure that sharing any information does not breach confidentiality or company rules. WingSync accepts no liability for misuse of employer or airline data.

5. Notifications Disclaimer

WingSync may provide notifications based on estimated or inferred data. A "landing notification" refers to the end of a flight event and not confirmed aircraft touchdown. Notifications are not guaranteed and may be delayed, inaccurate, or fail entirely. You should not rely on notifications for operational or time-critical decisions.

6. Accounts & Data

To use the Service, you may provide an email address, phone number, and basic account details. You agree to provide accurate information.

7. Subscription & Payments

WingSync operates on a monthly subscription basis. Payment is billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds unless required by law.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload unlawful or confidential data, breach aviation regulations, or attempt to disrupt the Service.

9. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or continuity.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WingSync shall not be liable for data inaccuracies, missed notifications, reliance on the Service, or employment/regulatory consequences.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.

12. Governing Law

UK users: laws of England and Wales. EU users: local rights preserved. US users: applicable state laws apply.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
